PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Please ensure your delivery address, contact details, and payment information are entered correctly. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make amendments to address, product details, or payment information.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once your payment is verified, we will prepare and ship your order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and issue a refund or suggest an alternative if available.
PAYMENT
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, and Union Pay, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Klarna, Bancontact, BLIK, and MobilePay, subject to availability in your region at checkout.
All payments are processed securely. We do not store your credit card information. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorization from the owner of the card to make the transaction.
If you choose to pay via Klarna, your purchase will be subject to Klarna's own terms and conditions and, where applicable, a separate credit check by Klarna. Please refer to Klarna's website for details.
Prices may be displayed in your local currency (for example, USD or GBP) for your convenience, based on your location. Card payments are processed and charged in euros (€) via Shopify Payments; your bank or card provider may apply its own currency conversion rate and fees, which is outside our control. Klarna payments are handled directly by Klarna, as described above. Prices include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders worldwide from Lithuania. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Delivery page. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders. Express delivery options may be offered at checkout for an additional cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. You're welcome to try your item on at home to check the fit and feel — just as you would in a changing room — but please don't wear it out, wash it, or remove the tags; items showing signs of wear beyond trying on may only be eligible for a reduced refund.
To request a return, please contact us at info@toreloungewear.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers in Germany: a prepaid return label will be provided. A flat fee of €5 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of this label.
Customers outside Germany: return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
In addition to this 30-day goodwill policy, EU consumers have a separate statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details, including the model withdrawal form, are set out on our Returns & Exchanges page.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to present all products as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, or fabric characteristics. Small differences in color or pattern are not considered defects but a natural part of handmade production.
PRICING AND TAXES
All prices listed on the website are final and include VAT where applicable. Customers outside the European Union are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country.

All content on www.toreloungewear.com, including text, images, product descriptions, designs, and logos, is the property of Toré Loungewear and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material from this Site without prior written permission.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Toré Loungewear is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the total value of the order purchased.
PRIVACY
Your privacy is important to us. We collect and process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
We share customer information only with trusted service providers such as payment processors and delivery companies, and only to the extent necessary to fulfill your order.
GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
