PLACING AN ORDER
When you place an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Please ensure your delivery address, contact details, and payment information are entered correctly. Once an order has been processed, we are unable to make amendments to address, product details, or payment information.
After completing your purchase, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. Once your payment is verified, we will prepare and ship your order.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All products listed on our website are subject to availability. In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email and issue a refund or suggest an alternative if available.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, or other secure methods available at checkout.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe Payments or PayPal. We do not store your credit card information. You confirm that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorization from the owner of the card to make the transaction.
Prices are displayed in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately before you confirm your order.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We ship orders worldwide from Lithuania. Estimated delivery times are provided on our Delivery page. Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to customs or courier delays.
Free standard shipping is available on all orders. Express delivery options may be offered at checkout for an additional cost.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
To request a return, please contact us at info@toreloungewear.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We strive to present all products as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to photography lighting, screen settings, or fabric characteristics. Small differences in color or pattern are not considered defects but a natural part of handmade production.
